Keeping Blackpools’s Parks, Grounds And Open Spaces In Top Shape!
We are responsible for maintaining over 96 parks and open spaces, on behalf of Blackpool Council. Ranging from pocket parks to the regionally significant grade II listed Stanley Park. Along with sports pitches, playgrounds, ecological sites, all weather play services and highway verges.
Our Services
We also provide maintenance of all Blackpool’s Council’s tree stock and a provider of a wide range of grounds maintenance services including;
- Consultation/technical advice
- Tree work- hedge cutting
- Supplier of woodchip and logs
We Maintain
- 28 playgrounds, 2 skate parks
- 76 grass sports pitches compromising of football (various sizes), rugby league, tennis and bowling greens – 65 of these are marked weekly in growing season, fortnightly out of growing season
- 42 hard standing/artificial individual sports surfaces
- 3,323 separately maintained grass verges, which span a total distance of 52km
- Marton Mere Nature Reserve which is an SSI for its bird population
- Stanley Park Grade II listed park spanning over 250 acres
- Athletics arena with 400m running track
