Green Waste Collection Service

The Green and Go service is provided by Blackpool Council and managed by Enveco and offers residents an easy way to dispose of their garden waste.

Benefits of the Service:

• Share the subscription with a neighbor to save even more!
• Save time and money while removing your garden waste.
• Fortnightly collections – regular, reliable pickups.
• Affordable – just £3.75 per month, £45 annually. If you choose to split the subscription it’s just £22.50 per person annually.

Costs:

• Annual Subscription for 1 Bin: £45.
• Additional Bins: £35 per bin annually.

Renewals and New Subscriptions for 2025/2026:

• You can now subscribe for the green waste subscription for 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
• If you have an existing subscription and wish to renew it please use Blackpool Council’s renewal form.

Important Notes:

• It may take up to 14 days from subscription to you receiving the first collection.
• There will be a winter break in service between 21 November 2025 and 19 January 2026.
• Subscriptions start from 1 April 2025 and run until 31 March 2026.
• There are no discounts/refunds for part-year subscriptions.

Collection Times:

• Bins must be placed out by 7:00 am on collection day.

Moving Home:

• If you move within Blackpool and are eligible for the service, take your bin with you. Otherwise, you may be charged for a new bin.
• Please inform us of your address change as soon as possible.
